yes, I agree. When the price was 8c I was a big holder, but sold some off when it spiked up. I've been buying more at 22 - 28c over the last few months. The difference this time is that the company has plenty of cash (from the US raise) so is under no real financial pressure.... and has reactivated some of those past projects they'd put on hold. The cash holding alone should mean the price can't go much lower than 20c IMO. Investors are simply waiting for a new announcement so price will drift around until that happens. Good time to buy patiently without buying so many that you cause the SP to go up!!
