Return on Investment after 1.5years of holding those 1.5million shares = -$14,105 (excluding costs).
For an avg loss of 14K today, perhaps urgent cash was required. (Margin/property/taxation strategy/super - too many possibilities).
Joanne also has 3million 25c options expiring July this year.
