    Hi Long Term,

    Take a look at the other thread to see what voting power the average shareholder has...aruc's comments are sobering regarding 89 million votes...

    IMO the top 20 will make the decisions, as they hold the lions share - and history says they will always take SP consolidation - and dilution - when the other choice is VA.
