I agree there are 'unknowns' and so far, like you, have been reluctant to dip my toe into the water.
However Mr Robert Millner - someone for whom I have much respect - must be confident as SOL recently invested substantially in RFG.
ACCC loses many court cases. That doesn't mean it will here - we don't know - and RFG's defence will be expensive to run through the courts as the company engages top-drawer silks.
