Do you think you're the first one to raise concerns about directors dumping stock?
ASIC are just public servants on a 70k job. They have a cut & paste template for these issues and they will just do laps around you.
Also, if an average Joe Blow like me could see the writing on the wall months beforehand, what's your excuse?
