Try getting a builder to start work without a pretty big upfront payment.
Perhaps it is the way to pay consultancy fees for a Lyramid divestment agreement of some sort as stated

The appointments have been made based on the relevant expertise of each consulting firm.
If Fintan Walton was successful he would be happy to have the shares in escrow and possibly doubling.
He would have more idea than most.
