With the valuation adjustment of "Lyramid" is there an obligation of the company to announce the sale moral or otherwise.

on this basis the "asset" may already be sold without the necessity of informing the market. Whilst this is a technical possibility, I would hope that would not be the case regardless of valuation.

Noting the grandstanding of past partnership programs (ie Zoetis) in 2014 and the subsequent silence 4 years after the partnership ceased is somewhat telling of the Executives approach to corporate transparency.

An update in the 4C will be appropriate without which will be telling of the Executives sense of Shareholder expectations.
