    I don't agree with you. if another bidder is in telco industry, the sale of Click will only make AYS business more simple. and also if the offer is really low, as a competitor, it will not happy to see that happen without doing anything.

    Although AYS is important to Optus, AYS also hightly depend on Optus. Changing a network provider will cost AYS a lot, and time is not at AYS's end. As the time approaching 07/2022, the value of AYS will diminish

    As a hedge fund, it may want to vote against to screw a bit more from Optus, But as a small investor will risk the share price will go a long downhill if Optus walked away.

    At the offer price, Optus is paying around $227 ( $250m/ 1.1m) for each AYS customer. at current environment, at that price, I think it is not too hard for Optus to win a new customer.

    So, be realistic! accept the current offer although it is not a best one. No time to waste now!
