I have both heads and options, the heads I will never sell as my main goal for them is to eventually start getting those Dividends, when that happens I will be able to retire.

as for the options, I will sell when I feel is a good time to take profit from them. this way I'm getting the best of both worlds, I have a large chunk to make a very considerable form of regular income, and a decent parcel to offload.

I've bought options in many stocks and not once have I ever converted them, I've always used them for that increased reward in profit.
