Wondering if any LTH know the DRP history of TWE.
Specifically I would like to know if there are any written materials, preferably from TWE itself, explaining what discount if any has been offered as part of the DRP.
In the 80s and 90s I remember many companies used to offer quite large discounts as part of DRP and used to do a lot of share splits.
Splits and DRP discounts appear seem to be virtually non existent these days. I assume this is due to changes in tax laws.
