Query from Praetorian2011 on HC to you all, around- Novartis's conflict of interest re Jakafi (Rux) and likely engagement of Lassman Law firm to object to Ryoncil. Was this effectively a horse's head on Itescu's pillow, to say "you partner with us, or else we continue to block" action, possibly.

So now, with the partnership - they'll no longer block the treatment - or is it still a play by them, to take MESO off the table (I think no - they'll now push the treatments approval btw).

Overall, where do you think Ryoncil sits, vis-a-vis Rux - is it complementary, for use in more severe cases in the adult pop, and for children? Or is it more likely a replacement (I think complementary btw, due to relative cost - at least initially - once proper total cost of treatment metrics are bought in, it may well stack up as the overall cheaper option in a lot of cases, not just the more effective one).
