    USA Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has prohibited Banks from refusing loans and other services to lawful businesses. It means eco rioters pressuring Boards through AGMs, publicity etc., to defund oil and gas companies cannot succeed. USA Banks have to justify refusing loans now. Seems likely Australian Federal government could use similar approach here. Great swat off for eco rioters.
