Lenno, that was a good question about the grades imo because for a long time there was a preoccupation with the grades at each resource. (Dugsab also floated it as an attempted negative, which it isn’t).
However, I consider the level of contaminants to be more important. Or put an other way the level of impurities found and how they impact on the purity of LCE produced. It’s high purity that attracts the top price for LCE & leads to much bigger margins)
For example NEO Lithium had higher grades than Kachi but hasn’t been able to match the high purity 99.97% that LKE produced.
NEO state 99.599% purity achieved so far from 12 batches and are looking to produce from multiple batches now.
LKE achieved such high purity via Lilac processing that was then verified by Hazen. The Lake BoD have responded to requests from the battery makers, now they have a commercially viable and scalable product, let’s see how it plays out and how the Lake/Lilac partnership develops.
The sustained rise this week feels different from before and is maybe people positioning before the Novonix results are delivered.
Someone above mentioned the pilot plant on site in Argentina being the next catalyst. I’d actually like to see two modular plants demonstrating how the modular process can be scaled up. 50+ modules all linked together is feasible as explained by Steve.
25,000L p/a through modular DLE processing in a huge resource like Kachi equal significant upside.

My question is this. Can the modular processing increase on the 25,000L or would an additional plant be needed?

As LKE approaches an m/cap of $100m will it enable various institutions to buy into LKE and be more sticky money than some of the traders?
The interest in the USA is really interesting and the connection with LLKKF & LKE last week was really interesting.
I’ve held and accumulated here since Sept 2017. I also had a good catch up last week with a few LKE holders who’ve also been in nearly as long with substantial holdings but don’t post on HC.
Btw, my understanding is the local government in Catamarca is supportive of LKE and has regional autonomy. It might be a different picture in Jujuy province where there were permit delays in the first place in 2016/17 as LKE tried to drill next to ORE & LAC.

Well done to all who held through. I agree with Pippo, Mozza, gassed and some others, there’s a lot more to come.
No doubt the doom merchants will be critical of the BoD and that the colour of the pilot plant doors will be wrong.
Maybe they should research how the whole project came together.
Once again, well done to all LTH
