    wow, Sandpiper is one sort after peice of turf....

    they make out like it's the lost city of Atlantis or something

    donald - you can buy what UCL is after for $US500k and if you can't pay when due just defer it for a year - that's what UCL has just done. They are going to take over BON but can't pay the $500k and have been issuing paper for the past 12 months to cover admin costs.
