Hey Jack,
Just looking at your chart. I would say the opposite. To me it looks like ever time it hit the top on the band it ran higher for another 10 sessions on each of three occasions.!! 28c to $1, then $1 to $2.25 then $2.10 to $3.19.... and now its started again. ALSO, RSI went much higher in the last 2 rallies. MACD not close to crossing until the sellers appear. Its a backward looking indicator.
Not advice...just my observation.
