I agree with @Saila and @AChesterBeatty on this one.

I remember back in 2011 to 2014 period RXM used to burn money like no tomorrow because we banked on the Hillside project going ahead at 100%. Then the cu crash happened, and we found ourself with no cash left and had to do additional cap raising at huge discounts to survive. RXM raised close to $250m pre-2011. the fact that we decided to get a massive office in the middle of CBD instead of keeping some money as a contingency. If that is not evidence of poor financial management, I don't know what is.

I think the fact that management has not delivered on any of their major promises is the sole reason the share prices are still subdued despite recent announcements.
