I think you may be a tad generous at this stage with your A's and +'s.

In my opinion Terps should score no better than a solid AAO for effort and a good --- for the position of CQT over the last 6-12 months.

The good news may just be other entities could start looking at CQT with some interest from here in.

Hopefully though this may crank up some action.
