As of the last ASX release that I found on the matter Robert Hunter had around 10%, Ben Dillon would have had far less than that and Neville Hacker would have had a relatively small holding in comparison.
The board is made up of those three .. 100% of the board.

p.s. whilst looking to see if there were any media takes on today's events (or events in advance), I came across an article from 1st April that adds a little more to the story ... in particular, it's interesting that they listed Fermiscan as one of a number of possibilities (article starts at the top of page 3):-
