Can you please help me understand this a little more ?
FEX has 432.9M shares outstanding. But will eventually increase to 432.9 + 28.5M because of options. Thus diluting existing holders by ~6.5% ?
Does the same apply to the performance shares ? Or do they only come into play if we go to the moon anyways and we probably won't care ?
