I've just been through the process of finding this out for myself last week. So FYI and anyone else wondering.

I contacted Benz Mining last week on '[email protected]' as I hadn't received my refund either.

The feedback was "All refund cheque’s were sent out on 18 December at the same time holding statements were sent out by Computershare so this should have been received by now".
They asked for name and address details to follow up with Computershare, and they did.

From Computershare:
"I understand your refund cheque has not arrived to your address, which we have at .... Unfortunately Australia Post has no tracking facility on the cheque mailing that is used, however we understand over Christmas/New Year the delivery period is slower than normal.
Several solutions;
Computershare is able to Stop the cheque and then arrange a replacement via EFT. This process takes approx. 3 business days.
Wait for several days in case the cheque arrives and then action a replacement via EFT."

I filled out a form, returned it, and they processed the transaction.

All has been resolved and money refunded (arrived in account 4 days later). Benz and Computershare were quick at resolving this issue for me.
Funnily enough my refund cheque arrived in the mail on Friday last week, the same day the refund arrived in my account. So you can either wait a bit longer for Aust Post to potentially deliver, or follow up with Benz and Computershare.
