It was common knowledge that finance was outstanding for Riley and that sufficient operating capital was also required. It looks like this is the final piece now taken care of which is positive and removes remaining uncertainty/risk. Despite the frustrations, the market may respond accordingly (positive)

Let’s get this wrapped up and Riley into production ASAP!
