Another interesting day sitting in court listening to the legals battling each other, with occasional interjections from the Boss.

To my mind it seemed that the opposition were floundering, trying to get a point across that nobody seemed interested in, IE, pleading that regardless of what the legal proxy document stated the chairman could vote as he saw fit wanting to throw out the promise to vote FOR the resolutions. He argued on the apparent nonsensical issue of voting RC off the Board and then re electing him to the board.

This however was not one of the original resolutions for the calling of the EGM and was only later added to the form by the Company Secretary along with resolutions 2 & 3. as pointed out by (Denton) acting for the applicant.

Time had prevented the company Secretary from contacting all shareholders that gave the chairman this discretion having only about eight members to list,(maybe that is all he could get on side), however as pointed out by Denton the issue is in the wording on the legal document and not related to other documents seen or not seen by shareholders.

I may well be wrong but in my mind I believe Justice Goldberg has already made his decision and just wanted more time to dot the eye's and cross the tee's to prevent the possibility of a high court appeal.

My thoughts only and not to be taken as proven fact.

There is a rumour floating however that RC was spotted in a upmarket men's dress shop looking for a new suit, sorry Dimmys, a customer lost, and that DP was checking out Barbers for a short back and sides,
Don't worry to much DP as the keepers at HM Hotel these days are not to worried about individuals hair so your silver Locke's will be safe, I am not to sure about anything else though.

Hopefully a fair and just decision will be handed down next week but unfortunately I also fear it will not be the end of this money wasting endeavour to retain power against the wishes of a majority of shareholders.
