They have put options. So the option to sell at 1.20. But they are options so if the price of zinc goes above 1.20 and they can get a better price they will choose not to execute options and sell on market. This of course comes with a fee so the zinc price will need to be higher than 1.20 + cost of purchasing options. I have no insight into the cost of the options though.
