BCM have always been in the picture as they are major shareholders and always throw money into the hat when needed. BCM have been promised in the past that they will be given the mining contract because of the funds available to them as well as the machinery and manpower. They have been stalwarts when the SP was only half a cent including myself, niftiest and many others. So this comes no surprise to me. Alex was flown all over the world by BCM to get the contract but obviously did not, much to the surprise of many us. I guess Alex underestimated them and wanted to much for nothing. If this gets through, dilution will be a problem but there is no other way imo, Alex is dreaming and needs to step aside.
