I'd be a bit uncomfortable as a Bon holder here then, the merged entity after dilution and 6 months cash burn trying to progress the project- could well end up with a total market cap less than MAk's current bid for Bon. TO be fair Maks bid valued BON before it's SP could react to the loss of the diamond income. Mak let's UCL pick up BON, MAK then pickes up UCL and BON in a few months as well for the same price. UCL needs a white knight for sure or a very dangerous play for both BON and UCL.
