I may be naive and I haven't been sitting in the court as some here have but I can't see that a Federal court judge is going to make a ruling that directly results in a director (either RC or DP) being removed.
Perhaps it is possible J Goldberg will order a second vote or maybe a re-count of this vote ignoring the proxies in question? To those more knowledgeable than I of the numbers, how would that effect the resolutions?
