    The longer the majors wait to move the more ground UMC will proof up. The more UMC proof up the more expensive it will be to T/O hence maybe a JV will be the cheaper option.
    Unlike other companies UMC has the money in the bank to wait and keep moving forward. Great to see things getting bigger and better...........
