Ballpark $4k all up in my case but I have no ideas what radiologists etc might charge and if physio might be required. There is not that much for surgeon to do. I was advised that my age might be against me (71) for getting best from ATI procedure as apparently it works (according to my surgeon who had done quite a few) better on 60 and under age group, but my main problem is in part mechanical due to underside of scapula impinging on tendon and causing it to delaminate and a few other things that stem cells wont fix. MRI showed all this clearly. After this is sorted out I can have ATI procedure on damaged tendon if I like as it could be of some benefit and after all it is my money. I will see how I go. I agree however that $4k or so is ok as a cost if the problem was just injured tendon and ATI was indicated. Also less rehab for ATI I think.
