IMHO, if it trades and will CLOSE within the band of .045-.051...that will be bearish BUT if it pierces through .051 and closes above the recent high of .051 that would be very bullish. A close above .051 means that a lot of investors are looking more to buy VPG regardless if a lot of people already bought at the .04's. A closing below .045 is bearish though I still stand on my belief that thursday was the last time you would see VPG trading at the .03's. DYOR.
