My initial impressions are that this appointment is a little concerning. Almost like they have realised they realise the same old won’t continue to work and they need someone to get a bit of mojo back. If that is the case then somewhat bad because they are lacking some mojo yet positive because at least they realise it and are proactive in rectifying.
