Yes true, but the anticipation of the release is more of a factor. I believe part of the sell off from 40c down to where we are now is due to the upcoming release from escrow, ie the smart money was getting out at these levels creating a huge downward pressure that has now overshot the mark, probably still has more to go. I've sold half @ 26 and will re assess on the next 4C.
Lesson learnt to check upcoming release of shares from escrow before the market is notified, especially if there is a significant amount. Better to sell early and wait for the fallout before buying back in.
