And another note. Last years movement on the IP was 200K bringing it down from 1.8 to 1.6M. Go to the last half yearly report and read the note on the IP life span. There is only 5.5 years left from the end of 2008. That explains why its drops in price every year even if sales are static.
Thus they do not have an indefinite period of time to wait. Sooner or latter they will have to accept what ever they can get. And every year they wait is costing money (enity cost alone are over 100k a year). Our competitors know this so there is no way anyone is going to pay a premium price. The book value is very realistic. Like I said earlier this year the clock is ticking and unfortunately time has run out for any profit.
Best hope is for a hostile take over.
