point taken dogby, however that does not warrent the name calling. to have the re-financing put to bed would see the sp rise IMO , why have they not done this?
exploring other options?
conditions of the contract are not agreeable.
Leaving it to the 11th hour imo has never helped in the past and IMO not the best option, however we are not privy to the goings on.
In saying that i believe that re-financing will be achieved.
