    I guess many don't understand what this is, in fact it is a nice positive for COB, this mob ARR (formerly of BPL fame smile.png ) have been a well known issue (pain in the ass) its just some paperwork for prior announcments. They are a perennial cash strapped outfit and again seem to have stuffed up even a sell out at some value. Markets will be fine with this.
