Sales Program Update During the month of December, the Fund closed on the sale of seven properties. The combined sale prices of these seven properties was US $7,519,575. The combined book values of the seven properties was US $7,436,977 and the total closing costs associated with these seven sales were US $400,546.

So sales price marginally above book value (reflecting probably some capitalised costs as has been discussed).
Never the less market price (as evidenced by sales of property) approximating book value.

I am not worried, I have huge margin of safety given the prices I paid for the prefs.
