Hi All, As the events in the US seemed quite bizarre I have been reading and posting on the world politics forum for the past few weeks and must admit I found it a cess pool of hatred.

Given that people that post here are likely to have a strong interest in politics it somewhat disturbs me and was wondering if this is the pool of people our future politicians may come from? If so it's deeply worrying and I can see why their is such a divide in the US.

With the increased power of social media I can only see this hatred increasing and the divide widening unfortunately.
