    your are correct .. sadly we need institutions traders to jump on board ..

    last time i check they only hold like 8 percent of the shares ..

    really need some announcement before confidence can build up ..

    also top shares holder was selling their shares.... that didnt help the price ... it going be some time for the shares price to go up ...
