    noted that on the Daily PIO chart, the blue and red were flat (in a range) for awhile and now started to move up a bit, but, as you said, some thick Resistance overhead.

    In all 3 charts (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), the sp is below the Cloud, thus the overall sentiment is bearish.

    Just my thoughts.
