Have to say I can't share your high regard for the management of CSD during my time as a shareholder. In this time Ralf has not shown the ability to run CSD as a profitable operation and certainly was unable to to lodge accounts etc in a timely manner which has resulted in 2 lengthy suspensions by the ASX - though he has now brought CSD back from the dead twice so I do have to at least acknowledge his negotiation/deal making skills.

I do note Auctus is in administration so clearly there have been issues which led to its administration - after a quick search I have been unable to locate the report which would have been produced for creditors by the Administrator, when I get a chance I will spend a bit more time to see if I can locate the report - it should make interesting reading.
