You can have my 410k. Not much but I agree with your position. Company management need to consider owners first.

Management need to understand and learn Agency Theory. We are the owners, they are the people WE employ to run the company. So what if they are owners as well.... We all should be treated with the same respect.

Many owners are finding out the hard way since the crisis that their agents mostly make decisions that benefit themselves in lieu of owners. Take for exmaple their attempt to increase their salary last year after losing millions. That in itself should have been a green light to get rid of them...

With the share price at the current levels and the Agents (Management) obviously not giving a s... about our thoughts I find it incomprehensible they are still in charge.

If I performed that bad in my current role (losing the owners millions from my decisions I can tell you know I wouldn't be working for them. I'd be sacked quick smart.

I know they don't control the market, but their $million in salary warrant a bit better performance otehrwise they should be shown the door. Are we to keep paying them regardless of how bad they perform. Obviously their strategies aren't working. Shouldn't we be trying someone new?????? What, how much worse could it get? Get rid of them and try again with new management.

New management can come in and clean the decks with a NEW strategy. Obviously this one isn't working.

This is not a swipe at the persons directly, but at their inability to perform under their chosen strategy. Are we now to sit back and trust them after their performance. I bet if the company does survive and they make some money this year they will ask for big bonuses. They should be saying thanks they still have a job. UNless they can prove their strategy is right I think it is time for an EGM and start again. If liquidating the company provides the best alternative to the majority of owners well do it.

But hey, I could just sell my own shares and be done with them..........But that would be no fun would it.......

In this day and age, accountability needs to be enforced.....
