They were able to pay 2c dividend per year on a margin of around 75 Aud/t (Pellet price 175 Aud/t). The margin has tripled in the mean time, now being 203 Aud/t.
If pellet prices stay at this level for a while it would be logical to assume that the dividend could triple to 6c per year or a dividend yield of 19.05% per annum and GRR could easily afford it.
