There looks like a nice bounce from $2.40 and decent buying today up to $2.58. I see a lot of upside with IRI both technically and fundamentally (at these prices good PE, PA, Price/ Sales, and even a dividend thrown in). People get bogged down in minor details, while the market has its own ideas. I wouldn't be surprised to see this back at $3.00 within a few months.
