bcs resposne to asx query, does it stacks up?

Having read BCS response to ASX query, does it stacks up?

BCS say Bolton could have turned up and changed vote with corporate representative form completed, is this required to be lodged at same time close off for proxies? If so it appears they did not have a valid corporate representative form from ASI prior to meeting so Bolton had no intention and indeed could not have changed proxy.
