Nice technology but their target niche is not interested.
A telco purchasing officer risks the sack if they buy Redflow in volume and get stranded if Redflow go bust. They have no risk of losing their job if they just buy what they have always bought, even if that tech is out of date and not as good. End of Redflow telco story.
There is a compelling argument for off grid pv based systems in hot climates - market opportunity maybe for a couple hundred sales a year!
If they don't refocus NOW to where 100% non-degrading discharge provides an advantage and where the money and risk appetite is - ie grid scale supply time shifting at a competitive price - they will not raise any more money to keep paying the exorbitant management wages and will go the way of BluGen (great tech, but not smart enough to rapidly commercialise it, then overtaken by other tech and macroeconomic change).
If they haven't made the right decision on the last roll of the dice on developing a saleable version of the product by now, it will be too late.
