Are you sure you dont work for Viceroy or maybe your friend does, because you distributing garbage:
1) Legal issues- non existant- in their contracts, they have STA and outage conditions- non of these have been breached- so anyone who thinks this is a class action doesnt have a leg to stand on.
2) Unprofitable business- another BS statement
Capital raise- another BS remark- they have no need to raise capital at this stage unless they have expansionary plans which will be good for revenue growth and profit.
