    Customers Ltd, with 7 weeks into direct charging, is setting up to break through $2. Transactions levels would be peaking with Rudd's April economic stimulus package, a windfall for Customers. Am expecting news / business update soon on transaction levels and business developments. 12 month target price is $3+
