I do believe that SPT's technology is complementary to the financial services that GPN and TSYS provides and therefore could 'piggy back' onto their infrastructure to achieve the worldwide solution.

Where I get stuck is around the finance being provided by the credit card companies (processors or issuers?) without changing anything.

This is why Stripe has me interested as a 'worldwide solution' for Splitit. I note the beta of Stripe Treasury announced in December last year and has the backing of some major banks (one of your earlier clues). This could be a seamless integration solving a lot of problems.

I wouldn't rule out a 'one size fits all' solution that could integrate with both GPN/TSYS and Stripe.

Can you please provide some more clarity @tina25

For those people not interested in speculation, I think these scenarios are important as they will determine the long term impact of the company. What will make Splitit great instead of good. When we see evidence that work has been done to make this a really GLOBAL solution and available on EVERY credit card thats when I will be excited as right now we are behind the eight ball.

I know revenue is really important but it seems to me the focus for management has been on nailing the infrastructure and integration to make this the best BNPL solution on the market. There's been little update on new merchants and haven't seen an aggressive marketing spend yet.

It seems management are getting their ducks in a line (finessing the technology and securing the required funding or developing a different funding structure that does not require a debt facility) and when the time is right an announcement will be made and we will finally see how they have reached the vision of offering instalments on every card in the world.

IMO we will see an announcement regarding partnerships prior to the quarterly on the 29th.

Otherwise I truly hope there has been some seriously big revenue growth...
