See my post on NKP thread.
The best strategy is to actually take the cash and buy NKP.
I have mellowed since yesterday and redone some numbers.
Based on what NKP is paying for IGC's "potential resource" i.e 9M ounces, then NKP is worth 74 cents after deduction future takever debt from asset value.
The valuation discount is actually higher on NKP but then again, nobody is offering 74 cents cash a share for NKP.
Its hard to see where you lose out by grabbing the cash and buying NKP.
In fact the best strategy would be to buy NKP now at current prices with the view to selling IGC at around 40 cents cash. That way you dont miss out if NKP skips away.
