if talga bought the shares off smedvig and resold it back to share holders, where are the funds for the plant gonna come from, we trying to generate cash to fund project, transferring ownership of shares from smedvig to someone else generates 0 funds ( and of course 0 dilution) and the timing doesn't add up and wouldn't be ethical
