Hi E I take broker recommendations with a huge grain of salt as well, I feel are just sales people at best, many times having an agenda on what they are saying. don't forget they in business to make money, more they make the better, not friends, they will only work on making friends if it helps them make money. They will recommend a stock, if they have a large holding and sell a huge amount of that holding on slow drip at first, then dump it like hell to bring the price down hard so they can re-buy at better averaged down levels... they're also great at giving the impression they are right. so if a stock price is doing well, they will spin to you reasons why it is, and when its not they spin the same blah blah reason telling you why its falling giving many the impression they know what they're talking about.. eg if they say 42c and its goes much higher, they will just say PNA is doing greater than they thought and doing anything right and all appears to be running smoothly and on time. they with also say the opposite if it starts falling.
